The very well maintained Villa Antonia is located on a salt water canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is solar or electrically heated. Terrace and pool are located in exposed southern exposure. This has the advantage, especially in the winter months, to being able to enjoy the Florida sun all day long. The house impresses with a spacious and open ambience. Three elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are available for up to 6 guests.
All living rooms are equipped with high-quality ceramic tiles, or real wood parquet, air-conditioned and have seven additional ceiling fans with remote control.
The house is flooded with light with over-height ceilings. Huge sliding glass doors lead from the living area, TV room and master bedroom to the 80+qm2 terrace and pool. This area is screened to protect against unwanted mosquitoes so you can relax and unwind undisturbed.
There you will find enough sun loungers as well as a gas grill for the evening barbecue. If you want to avoid the sun for once, just retreat under the covered terrace. For your visit to the beach are enough deck chairs and cool bags in the garage. There are also two bicycles with helmets at your disposal, with which you can explore the surrounding area.
You like to cook yourself? No problem, a large and modern fitted kitchen with full equipment is available. You will find everything: Stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishes, glasses and cutlery for 6 people, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and other cooking utensils and spices.
In the TV room there is a plasma TV with 60 inch (180 cm) screen diagonal, as well as a DVD and a Blue-Ray player, which are also suitable for German DVD/BR disc. The music system with connection for all electronic media (MP3 player, Ipad, Ipod, Iphone, USB stick…), has a subwoofer and seven ceiling speakers, in the terrace area two more, for terrific music enjoyment.
