Moreover, the villa has a boat deck and a boat lift. Therefore, you can rent a boat and discover the island world of Southwest Florida: Captiva Island, Sanibel Island, Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key, Gaspar, etc.
Villa Four Royal Palms is idyllically located and offers a lot of privacy. The neighbors are friendly families with children who always stay here. Since the villa is in the middle of a cul-de-sac, away from the main roads, you have no traffic noise. The villa is close to supermarkets by American standards.
Feel at home in this villa: Let the tropical birds singing in the Royal Palms wake you up. The first rays of the morning sun make the water of the canal sparkle, and the crowns of the royal palms are reflected in the pool.
Take your breakfast at one of the two tables by the pool area. At noon, enjoy the rustling of the leaves of the palm trees (Queen Palms)by the pool. Watch the fish in the canal jumping over the water surface.

The holiday was wonderful and your home has a large portion of the beautiful days in Florida – we felt very comfortable in your home and will recommend it anytime. The time and the pictures are working and so we are not really back yet, although again in German everyday life. The vegetation to the canal offers a very nice ambience and allows on the very warm and sunny days a pleasant stay outdoors and at the pool too. The care was great.
