Electricity
Electricity is charged at $0.20/Kwh and a flat electricity fee is charged as an advance payment of $150/week.
The electricity flat rate is due in full with the final payment.

Additional payments are to be paid in cash, credit balances will be refunded.

Grill cleaning
The cost for a grill or oven cleaning is $75 each if the grill or oven is not cleaned by the renter.

You will receive detailed information about arrival and departure times when you sign the contract.
Beautiful villa with everything your heart desires Already in December 2014 we were more than satisfied with the choice of the holiday villa. Now in August 2015, there was no question where we would like to spend our time with our children on summer vacation – of course at Villa Sophie. Within walking distance, the children could reach the Sunsplash Family Waterpark and have some fun there. In addition to golfing and swimming, Florida also boasts boating to the offshore islands and beaches of Cape Coral. In the house book / information folder we have found next to many restaurants and shopping tips and the address of the boat rental. A call and we had rented the boat to our liking. Upon request, you can pick it up either in the marina or on an assigned boat dock, which is located near the canal exit. From this jetty we had a journey of about 10 minutes. (on the first day you take the boat with the private utensils and clear it on the last day before the handover) We really enjoyed the days in Cape Coral and look forward to the next time we can spend a great time at Villa Sophie again.
