This spacious villa has everything your heart desires. In addition to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, you have a spacious living area and a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Two bedrooms have direct access to the pool deck.
Baby crib and high chair are available free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable kitchen appliances (eg coffee maker, hand mixer, 4-fold toaster, hot water kettle, spice rack, ice maker, knife block, 3 x dishes for 6 people each, large oven, diff. glasses and much more) equipped.The kitchen has, among other things, a counter with 2 high chairs.
Furthermore, 4 LED TVs, 2 DVD players and 1 Blu-Ray player (code-free) and a netbook are available. Internet is provided via WIFI, of course without extra cost.
Various DVD/Blu Ray movies and a PS 3 are available in the house.You have the possibility to call the German landline free of charge.
2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and a cooler for a pleasant beach visit are also available. A large gas grill is ready for a cozy barbecue evening.
The large pool (9×4,5m) can be heated electrically in winter and is therefore ideal for a pleasant stay.
Villa Anna-Maria has its own boat deck for mooring a boat. From here you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. A GPS is at your disposal free of charge.

Grill cleaning
Grill cleaning $45 is to be paid in cash on site, if the barbecue is not cleaned by the renter.
Deposit
A deposit of $500 is to be transferred with the final payment. This will be refunded at the end of the stay.

In summary, one can only say, we had a wonderful holiday and miss the villa. The villa and the handling around it were just perfect. Starting with the booking process and the support by Sabine in advance, as well as the on-site support by Chris were exemplary. The villa is in a great condition, well maintained, clean and offers everything your heart desires. We spent a good week there as a family of four and would have liked to stay longer. Great was the breakfast at the pool or the BBQ in the evening. In the morning you could also watch 3 iguanas sunbathing on the boat deck. For a day we had rented a boat, which could be trusted without problems on the deck. We can fully recommend the villa and will rent it again on the next visit to Florida.
