Final cleaning $250.00 including 11.5% Florida Tax.
Electricity
Electricity is included up to $35.00 / week. Additional consumption will be charged at $0.20/Kwh and paid directly on site or deducted from the deposit.

Amazing house !! Recommend 100 % ! The owner always respond very quickly!
The house was very clean and amenities were abundant. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to food shopping and restaurants. The kitchen had everything you would probably find in your own kitchen at home. There were plenty of bedroom linens and bath and beach towels. The three bedrooms each with its own bathroom was great. But the best feature is the great view which can be seen from all of the living areas and two of the three bedrooms.
We had a great stay! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable!
The pool was fantastic too!
