The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa Belinda is located in the preferred southwest area of Cape Coral, on one of the many canals of the “Venice of America”.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen.
2 large flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, as well as a music/DVD player, internet access, combined air conditioning/heating system and ceiling fans.
Plenty of towels/bath towels and linens are provided.
The terrace and pool area with SW orientation is spacious and overlooks a fresh water canal. A garden table with 6 chairs and 3 sun loungers is available.
The terrace and pool area is surrounded by a screen that protects against insects.
There are 3 bicycles available for free use during your stay.
A German/English-speaking property manager will welcome you and is always happy to help with any questions you may have.

Terms of payment
25% deposit upon signing the contract.
Final payment and deposit 6 weeks before rental start.
You will receive the payment schedule with the conclusion of the contract.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning €175 plus 11.5% Florida Tax.
Electricity
Electricity is charged at $0.20 per Kwh and will be deducted from the deposit. For long term rentals of 6 weeks or more an interim bill will be issued.
Method of payment
Bank transfer to a German or US bank account.
Fees are at the expense of the tenant.

Grill cleaning
Barbecue cleaning €50, if the barbecue is not cleaned by yourself.
Deposit
A deposit of 400,00 €, for long term rentals from 6 weeks of 1000,00 €, is to be transferred with the final payment.

The owners were friendly and prompt to answer all questions! Home was clean and well equipped with anything we needed. Olaf, the manager answered all questions and helped with all that we needed! They even had vacation welcome refreshments waiting for us when we got there! No hassles, easy rental process and we will rent again as it made our vacation enjoyable.
