Final cleaning $200 plus 11.5% Florida Tax.
Electricity
Electricity is included up to $35 per week. Additional consumption will be charged with $0.15 per Kwh and paid directly on site.

Deposit
A deposit of $600 or €600 is payable 4 weeks before arrival. European guests can transfer the deposit separately to a German bank account.

We have been to the area many times but staying in this house has been the most enjoyable so far. A real insider tip. Everything comfortably and lovingly furnished to each other. The beds were super comfortable, we have heavenly recovered! We especially liked the pool with the salt water filter system, totally soft water, you did not have to take a shower after bathing and there were no red eyes. The house was spotless upon our arrival. The organization by the hosts was perfect, we had all the necessary information in advance and in addition many good secrets, what you can do in the area. We recommended the villa to our friends. We could reach different beaches from the house in a few minutes as described. For the golf we especially liked Raptor Bay and Spanish Wells (only 5 minutes away, almost once across the street). We had a tip at Roys Hawaiian food, 10 minutes away, that was culinary remarkable! Thank you for everything! We definitely want to come back next year
