The spacious outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. The heated saltwater pool faces south. Here you can relax all day and enjoy a cool drink directly in the pool on one of the floating beanbags. Various pool games are available, as well as a wide sunbed and a low-water zone in the pool, which is particularly suitable for younger guests.
In the outdoor kitchen you will not only find a professional BBQ grill, but also a fridge that is perfectly positioned for your pool drinks. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, can be enjoyed in comfort at the outdoor dining area.
The outdoor lounge with Smart TV invites you to linger after extensive sunbathing. Enjoy a relaxing glass of wine or cocktail here. A Sonos box is available for background music.
On site, you will be looked after by a bilingual property manager in German or English.

25% deposit after conclusion of contract.

Final cleaning
Final cleaning 200,00 € plus 11,5% Florida Tax.
Electricity
Electricity is included up to €45, electricity consumption is charged at $0.20/Kwh and will be deducted from the deposit.
Method of payment
Transfer to a German bank account or a US bank account.
Credit card payment is possible.
Grill cleaning
Barbecue cleaning €50 will be deducted from the deposit if the barbecue is not cleaned by yourself.

I stayed at Villa Charleen for 12 days with my two children and we had a wonderful time! It started with the booking, very nice and uncomplicated! The photos of the house already looked beautiful – but when we arrived and opened the door our jaws dropped! Soooo beautiful!!! Inside and outside everything is bright, friendly and modern! Outside on the lanai you get real vacation vibes! We also spent most of our time outside. The outdoor couch with outdoor TV-mega! You could just relax and unwind – even in the saltwater pool with the beanbags. I actually fell asleep a few times while floating on the water – wonderful! There is also an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, which we unfortunately didn’t use, but we did use the fridge outside (great thing, so you can get out of the pool wet, have a drink and get back in again). The location is in a quiet street, the distance to stores e.g. Aldi is about 5 minutes. For us it is clear: we would very much like to vacation again in the Villa Charleen, it was great to relax!
Recommendation: definitely go there!
