Final cleaning
Final cleaning $250.00 including 11.5% Florida Tax.
Electricity
Electricity is included up to $35 / week. Additional consumption will be charged at $0.20/Kwh and must be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from the security deposit.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Villa.The pool, lanai and grill area were fantastic.The morning sunrises over the canal were spectacular.The owners very prompt and helpful. We have already rebooked for next year.
