Villa Elisa has a fully equipped kitchen which is open to the living and dining area. You can enjoy wonderful sunrises from the terrace!
The pool area is spacious. In addition to a large garden table with chairs under the lanai, as well as a lounge for cozy hours, there is another garden table with parasol on the pool area. Sun loungers invite you to relax.
A boat dock is available for boaters.
The journey time to the river is only 25 minutes!
Bicycles, kayaks and a pontoon boat are available on request, allowing you to explore the surrounding area by land or water.
The Cape Harbour area is only a few minutes’ drive away and offers regular entertainment in the evenings, as well as restaurants and a few stores for a stroll.
Shopping facilities can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car.

Terms of payment
25% deposit after conclusion of contract.
Final payment and deposit 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Final cleaning
Final cleaning $ 250 incl. 11,5% Florida Tax.
Electricity
Electricity is included up to $ 35/week. Additional consumption will be charged at $ 0.20/Kwh and must be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from the deposit.
