Villa Eluisa impresses with its fantastic location on one of the southern lakes of the 8 Lakes, Lake Britannia.
Three bedrooms and an office with an additional sleeping accommodation offer enough space for up to 7 guests. Directly from the master bedroom you enter the large master bath with spacious shower and soaking tub. The master bedroom and another bedroom, also with king bed have direct access to the terrace.
Furthermore, the villa has a guest bathroom and a pool bathroom.
The interior is bright and friendly. As soon as you enter the villa into the spacious living and dining area, the view of the lake will captivate you.
The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable kitchen appliances and has a bar with 2 high chairs.
For your entertainment there are 4 LED TVs at your disposal. Internet is available free of charge via WIFI.
The oversized pool area is south facing, so you will be spoiled by the sun all day long. Enjoy the fantastic pool area with jacuzzi and the magnificent view over Lake Britannia. 4 sun loungers and 2 lounge chairs invite you to relax and linger. Payment methods
25% deposit within 7 days after signing the contract.
Final payment and deposit 4 weeks before rental start.

Final cleaning
Final cleaning $200 is to be paid on spot.
Electricity
Electricity is included up to $35 per week. Additional consumption will be charged at $0.15 per Kwh and paid directly on site.

Grill cleaning
Barbecue cleaning $50 is to be paid in cash on site, if the barbecue is not cleaned by the renter.
Deposit
A deposit of €350 is to be transferred with the final payment. This will be refunded at the end of the stay.
