As soon as you enter this villa, you have a wonderful view directly through the living room, across the pool, to the wide canal.
The master bedroom and master bath with walk-in XL shower and bathtub is on the left side of the house, the three other bedrooms with 2 bathrooms are on the right side of the house.
The living room, kitchen with quartz island and counters and dining area are in the middle house area. Of course, each bedroom has its own LED TV and in the living room a large curved LED flat screen with BlueRay player and Bose sound system. Laundry room with washer and dryer are also available.
In the lanai area, which faces south, our large outdoor kitchen with grill and 2 -gas cooktop awaits you.

Large electrically heated pool and pool area with many sun loungers to relax.
