The elevated entrance area gives a clear view of the entire living room, which captures an exclusive kitchen with counter and kitchen unit, (equipped with the highest quality stainless steel appliances), as well as a separate breakfast nook. The elegant dining room, as well as the living room are furnished in Floridian, West Indian style. The spaciousness of the villa is felt and seen everywhere and is designed for 8 people. Due to the open design you can quickly reach the terrace or the American kitchen. Enjoy being able to use the computer and the internet via our WIFI even on the terrace.

Villa Madeleine is designed for a maximum of eight people. Four spacious double bedrooms offer enough sleeping comfort for all persons.

The “master suite”, with direct access to the pool, is equipped with a spacious luxury bathroom and a large dressing area. The two other large guest bedrooms have generously sized built-in closets and each has its own elegant bathroom with walk-in showers.

The three large bedrooms feature king-size beds and comfortable mattresses. Each of the three bedrooms features a flat-screen TV as well as attractive seating and ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe.

The fourth bedroom, which also features a desk with telephone and Internet wireless DSL connection, is equipped with a queen-size bed with a deluxe mattress for two people.
From this room you have direct access to the pool bath.
In all bathrooms there are of course towels in sufficient number, as well as in each case a hairdryer for your personal comfort. As a special treat, Villa Madeleine is equipped with beach towels.

The covered terrace is equipped with a large table for six to eight people, as well as a total of ten comfortable chairs. A second table, which can be docked if needed, allows a table for up to ten people, so all the conditions are in place for a large breakfast or a barbecue party with the Weber stainless steel gas grill. In addition, there are four extremely comfortable relaxing loungers with side tables.

The entire pool terrace is surrounded by a so-called screen (mosquito protection). Thus you can enjoy the wonderful temperatures of Florida undisturbed also at night.
Our solar and electrically heated oversized pool ( approx. 36,09 feet x 19,68 feet ) invites you to swim, splash and relax. A new technology allows the reduction of chemicals to a minimum. Hours of pool time are therefore possible and remain without negative side effects. A bench inside the pool has been additionally provided for your comfort. The Jacuzzi, which is harmoniously integrated into the architecture, invites you to relax and is connected to the pool via a waterfall.
An additional outdoor shower completes this wellness comfort.
The terrace flooring is in high-quality, non-slip paving stones, in the “bishop’s hat pattern”, and with approx. 2153 sqft offers enough space to feel good and relax.
