The pool area faces west. Enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets directly from your terrace and end the evening in the comfortable seating area with a nice glass of wine.
A boat dock with boat lift is available for boaters. The driving time to the river is only 10 min!
Relaxing is a leisurely bike ride through the beautiful residential area or explore the canals and mangroves with the kayaks.
The harbor area Cape Harbour is only a few minutes drive away and offers regular entertainment in the evenings, as well as restaurants and some stores to stroll around.
Shopping facilities can be reached in 5-10 min by car.

Good Place excellent location super responsive hosts!
We were able to get to location and get right in and start our trip.
The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need.
Grill, kayaks, fishing pole, towels, full kitchen with utensils.
For the price you really can’t ask for much more, nothing can be expected to go 100% perfect throughout a vacation. Getting out of the canals takes some time because of all the ‘No wake’zones. Overall me and my wife had a great visit. TVs were flat screens and bedding was clean. It felt like a good place to unwind for a week. Thanks again! We’ll be back!
