To the marina Cape Harbour, Beach, Rotary Park and next supermarket ‘Publix’ it is only a few minutes.
Across the San Diego Canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico are in just a few minutes on the River.
All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans.
The 3 bedrooms have been stylishly decorated with great attention to detail.

The comfortable master bedroom with great views to the pool has a flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower and a walk-in closet.
The bed is equipped with high-quality mattresses.
For relaxing, sun loungers, a modern lounge group, as well as a dining area for 6 people and a BBQ grill are available for you. The pool area and lanai are protected with a cage.
The pool faces southeast and is electrically heated.
Large manicured backyard with private boat dock and nice neighbors.
Utility room includes washer, dryer, clothes rack and iron and ironing board.
The large garage offers direct access to the house and has various accessories (air mattresses, swimming noodles, fishing rods, balls etc.) for the pool area.
On-site assistance: Our German/English-speaking and competent house management will introduce you to the house and is ready to help you with words and deeds.

Perfect holiday in fully equipped Villa Ruby The online presentation of the property convinced us to spend the autumn holidays in Cape Coral. Before arrival, the booking and communication with the landlords went smoothly and very courteous. Everything was perfectly prepared on arrival. A German-speaking manager was always available for questions and problems, as well as for arranging the loan of a motor boat. The object itself always meets high standards. The technical equipment with WiFi, Internet and telephone is just for a family with children in smart device age as you have set up at home. The rooms are tastefully decorated. You feel good immediately. All the utensils, which you do not put on an intercontinental flight in the suitcase, but you needed locally (pool toys, towels, kitchen equipment regarding spices, etc.) are abundant. The location of the property within Cape Coral certainly requires a car, which is mandatory anyway because of the distances. It is very much appreciated that the motorboat takes you from the canals to free waters within only 20 minutes, which is important if you drive out more often, as driving through the canals at walking pace is otherwise not very exciting. We would book the Villa Ruby ourselves anytime and recommend it to friends without thinking if they decided to spend a holiday in Cape Coral.
