Generous windows/sliders, top of the line modern bathrooms with rain showers, tile flooring throughout and the fine furnishings guarantee a vacation feeling as soon as you enter this villa.
The master bedroom has direct access to the pool deck with two sliding doors, has its own bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet.
The junior master also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
A separate shower is located outside.
All rooms have generous walk-in closets.
Something special at Villa The Pearl is the air field hockey table. This brings guaranteed fun for young and old. In the comfortable living area there is a 60 inch flat screen TV and a stereo system. 4 more TVs are located in the bedrooms.
The terrace has a large dining set suitable for 10 people.
There is a large, electrically heated pool and a spacious pool deck, as well as a boat dock. The rental of a boat is optional. The location of Villa The Pearl is ideal for boating enthusiasts as they do not have to go through locks and can be on the Caloosahatchee River and Intercostal Waterway in 15 – 20 minutes.
For sporty vacationers, 2 bicycles and 2 kayaks are available for free use. The use is always at your own risk.
On site you will be looked after by a German speaking administration.
Smoking in the house is not allowed, for this purpose the terrace area is available.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed.
